SMILE Resource Exchange project
The SMILE Resource Exchange project is in the running to becoming one of the EU’s most innovative low-carbon initiatives as they compete in the European Commission’s “A World You Like With A Climate You Like” challenge. If you are not already familiar with SMILE, it is a resource efficiency initiative which aims to assist businesses to re-use each other’s materials, by-products and surplus ‘waste’ products in order to reduce waste going to landfill, to increase the life of resources through reuse and thus promoting more sustainable business practises.
The competition is a daily public vote and you can vote here.
